Privacy policy

CoreDuel ("the app") is published by Alex Efimov ("we"). This policy explains what the app does with your data. The short version: it does not collect any.

Data we collect

None. The app does not collect, store or transmit personal data, usage statistics, crash reports, identifiers or location. It contains no analytics, advertising or tracking libraries and does not request the network permission.

Data stored on your device

The app keeps your warriors (Redcode source files), match saves and settings in its private storage on your device. They are never uploaded anywhere by the app. Uninstalling the app deletes them.

Sharing and files

When you use Export, Import or Share, the app hands a file to the app or location you choose through the standard Android file and share dialogs. What happens to the file afterwards is governed by the app or service you selected.

Donations

The app and this site show cryptocurrency wallet addresses for optional tips to the developer. Sending a tip happens entirely in your own wallet app or service; CoreDuel does not process payments, does not know whether you sent anything and collects no data about it. Tips change nothing in the app; their only purpose is to support the developer.

Google Play

If you install the app from Google Play, Google may collect information about the installation and your device under Google's own privacy policy. We do not receive any personal data from Google Play beyond aggregated, anonymous statistics.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published at this address with a new effective date.
